Heshan Bandara is an Accounting Manager at a Private Company in New Westminster, British Columbia, with more than seven years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, and Taxation.

Heshan holds an MBA from the University of Canada West and a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and Finance from the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA) and is currently pursuing CPA Canada.

Sivarasha Vathanakumar serves as the Vice President of the Chapter. He counts more than a decade of experience in Accounting and Auditing. He is currently serving as an Audit Manager at NVS Professional Corporation in Markham, Ontario.

Sivarasha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA), and a Member of CPA Australia.

Sanji Jayathilake is the President of the Chapter. She is a Senior Property Accountant in Kelowna, British Columbia with over 17 years of experience in Accounting and Auditing.
Sanji holds an MBA from the University of Canada West with a distinction and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, with a Second Class Upper Division. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA). Sanji was a Visiting lecturer in SAB Campus, CA Sri Lanka and at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. 

Chathurika is Working as a Senior Accountant in a private company in Kelowna. 14+ year of experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing and  Taxation.(Prior to relocating to Canada, served as Senior Finance  Manager at a leading packaging company in Sri Lanka). Engaged in annual report marking and paper marking at CA Sri Lanka. Holds a MBA from University Canada West,  BSc Finance(Special) -  University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Associate member at the Chartered  Institute.  

Upuli Nuwanthika is a Assistant Secretary of the Chapter and has over 8 years of experience in Accounting, Finacial planning and analysis, Internal & External Auditing, Risk Management, and ERP system migration. Accademically she holds an MBA from the University of Canada West, Canada and a First class Bachelor's Degree in Accounting special from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA).

 Omesha Madurangi serves as the Treasurer of the CA Sri Lanka Canada  Chapter. She is a dedicated finance professional with over eight years  of experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, and  reporting. Currently, she is working as an Accountant in Maple Ridge,  British Columbia.  Omesha holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Special) Degree from the  University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is an Associate Chartered  Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.  She has also completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at  University Canada West. 

 Asitha Prabhath is the Treasurer and Head of the Social Media Team of  the chapter. He currently serves as the Financial Controller at Top  Producers Realty Ltd. and has over 8 years of experience in accounting,  auditing, financial reporting, and ERP systems across Canada, Maldives,  and Sri Lanka.  Asitha holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of  Sri Jayewardenepura with a Second Class Upper Division and is an  Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka  (ACA). He is currently pursuing the CPA designation in Canada through  the CPA PEP Program.  Prior to his current role, Asitha worked with organizations including  KPMG Sri Lanka, Maldives Gas Pvt Ltd, and Royal LePage Brookside Realty,  gaining extensive experience in audit, financial management, ERP  implementation, and real estate accounting. He is passionate about  leadership, technology-driven accounting solutions, and community  engagement. 

Vishwanath Kumar is a Director of the Chapter and has been an instrumental member in forming the Chapter. He counts over fifteen years of experience in the industry mainly focused on auditing, internal auditing, and IT audits. He is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Fab Form Industries Limited in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Vishwanath holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA) as well as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians (AAT) of Sri Lanka.

Chathuri Fernando is a Director of the Chapter and has over 10 years of experience in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Risk Management, and Financial Analysis. She is currently serving as a Senior Accountant in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Chathuri holds an MBA from the University of Canada West and a Bachelor's Degree in Operations and Technology Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA).

Vishaka Sewwandi serves as a Director of the Canada Chapter. As a Senior Financial Accountant at a Vancouver, BC-based CPA firm, she brings over 6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and business analytics to her role.

She holds an MBA from the University of Canada West and an Accounting Special Bachelor's Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, with a Second Class Upper Division.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK, and a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

Indiwari serves as a Director of the Chapter. She is currently working as an Assistant Financial Controller in Oakville, Ontario. She counts sixteen years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Auditing.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA). 

 Maheshi Dodandoowa is a Director of the Chapter. She is a Corporate  Accountant in Vancouver, British Columbia with over nine years of  experience in Accounting and Auditing. Maheshi holds a MBA from the University of Canada West and holds a  Bachelor's Degree in Management from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.  She is a Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of  Sri Lanka (ACA). 

 Asanka is an Accounting and finance professional with a strong interest in  professional development, leadership, and community engagement. Asanka is  passionate about continuous learning and contributing to the growth of  the accounting profession in Canada. With experience in administration  and organizational involvement,  value collaboration, networking, and  knowledge sharing. Asanka also look forward to supporting chapter initiatives and  building meaningful connections with fellow professionals within the  accounting community. 

Dula Samanthi is a Director of the Chapter. She is currently serving a Senior Accountant in Kelowna, British Columbia with over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation and Finance.
Dula holds an MBA from the University of Canada West and a holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, with a First-Class Division. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA). 

Sureka Maduwanthi is a Director of the Chapter and has played a pivotal role in forming the Chapter. She is a highly experienced professional, counting over twenty years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Taxation, Accounting, and Auditing. She is currently serving as a Senior Accountant in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Sureka holds a Master’s degree from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Kelaniya. She is a Fellow Member (FCA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and is currently pursuing the CPA Canada designation.
